For returns, we ask that the items be mailed back within 10 days of postal receipt in new, unworn condition. Please contact us prior to mailing your package back so we know to expect it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund is issued upon receipt with the original form of payment.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders and custom sized jewelry. However, we'll gladly make a size adjustment at no cost to you (only pay the shipping to send it back to us).
We are not responsible for breakage due to excessive wear and tear.
If a product is defective, it'll be exchanged for a new one at no charge.
